Pharos Stone Co is a Georgian producer of granite and basalt. We control the whole chain — from block extraction to the sorted, crated, site-delivered tile.
That matters because problems with natural stone never start at the tile. They start at the block. When the same company selects the block, saws it, works the surface and controls the tone, a facade still reads as one surface five years after handover.
We supply architects, general contractors and facade installers — at project volume, with technical specifications and a delivery schedule attached.
Dense, low-absorption Georgian granite. Choose polished for depth of tone and reflection, or unpolished for a dry, non-slick surface. The same stone, two entirely different characters.
A mirror surface that pulls the crystal structure and colour depth fully forward. Minimal porosity and the easiest maintenance of any finish — made for representative facades, columns, entrance groups and interior floors.
A dry, matte surface with an even grain. It does not glare in sun, does not show traffic marks, and holds noticeably more grip when wet — the correct choice for external steps, walkways and large-area paving.
A volcanic stone built for Caucasus freeze–thaw cycles. Naturally crack-resistant, colour-stable and almost non-wearing — basalt works where other stone breaks down.
A mechanically worked, fine-grained surface that sheds water sideways and keeps its grip when wet. The default answer for stairs, ramps, terraces and pool surrounds.
A split, three-dimensional face left exactly as the stone came out of the quarry. It gives a facade deep shadow and real weight — used on retaining walls, plinths and accent planes.
Cut setts with the characteristic vesicular pores of volcanic rock. Laid in fan, linear or random bond; they carry vehicle load and can be repaired one stone at a time.
A smooth, evenly matte surface with no gloss. The calmest tone in the range — for large-format facade panels, terraces and interiors where the stone should be the background, not the accent.
Ventilated and adhered facades. Calibrated thickness, kerf or anchor fixing, controlled tone across the whole elevation.
Treads, risers and landings. Antislip or unpolished finish, drip-grooved nosing, sets cut from a single block.
Terraces, courtyards and roof decks. Freeze-proof basalt on pedestals or mortar, in large formats for fewer joints.
Below is the standard production range. For project orders we cut to size — send a schedule or an elevation drawing and we return a broken-down specification.

Tolerances: thickness ±1 mm on calibrated tiles, length/width ±1 mm, diagonal ±1.5 mm. Supplied in timber crates on Euro-standard pallets. Tone samples and a technical data sheet are available for every finish.
We work on exactly the three things that most often damage a facade project: tone variation, schedule slip, and documentation that does not exist.
For one site we select blocks from a single horizon and hold the batch to the end. No second delivery in a different colour.
We cut to your drawing, number each element in installation order, and crate it so almost no cutting is left for the site.
